Payment Terms

The following payment terms outline the legal contract between an individual user and Ichem Limited.  By purchasing products or using my services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Payment Terms

Payment due in 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

All property belongs to iChem Limited until the sale is complete and full payment is made.

A 10% fee is added to invoices not paid in full by the due date on the invoice and every month after.

Warranty provided

Purchased chemical dosing equipment through iChem Ltd is six months

​

iChem installed equipment is twelve months

​

Faulty equipment must be returned in full at customers expense and a claim lodged within the warranty period.

A claim number will then immediately be issued, so a resolution can be completed.
